My mom Rosemary at Mount Rushmore. This was taken on my parents honeymoon as they moved from Minnesota to Oregon. I just love those cat eye glasses and dress!
Below ~ Juarez, Mexico ~ 1961
My mom and her friend took a road trip that started in Minnesota, crossed many states and over the board of Mexico. She bought a car before they left for $30. She said they probably added as much oil to it as gasoline. It made it until they got back home then it died. Not bad for a $30 car!

"I've been a vintage lover and crafter for a long time, they just blended together. I love finding unique vintage treasures looking for their special home, along with taking a few and giving them new life."
